Troubleshooting Performance
Carriers, Handset OEMs, Infrastructure and chipset vendors must all work together to identify and solve problems when performance suffers. The challenge is often that problems, whether dropped calls or poor throughput, only occur in customers’ hands and are difficult to replicate in the ideal lab environment.

Field Testing is expensive. It takes time and absorbs resources.
