DIRECTOR™ Test Executive is a flexible test management software tool that controls any Azimuth test platform. In addition to managing the setup of products and equipment using Azimuth device libraries, DIRECTOR™ enables users to dramatically reduce test time through the management and automation of conformance, performance and interoperability tests. A GUI-based central console allows users to easily configure wireless networks under test, control test traffic, monitor traffic statistics, and analyze test results.

Test Driver is a test script interface and the Test Control Language (TCL) automation engine. With a library of more than 25 standard scripts spanning performance, certification and conformance DIRECTOR™ enables engineers to begin conducting comprehensive tests quickly and efficiently.

Test Editor is a fully-featured TCL toolkit that enables trained TCL engineers to create custom test scripts. These automated tests frequently recreate existing manual test plans but DIRECTOR™ eases the test management and automation significantly reduces the test execution time.

TestBed Manager enables the configuration and control of both Wi-Fi devices and test equipment. One of the ways that DIRECTOR™ reduces test time is by automating the testing of these devices. Azimuth maintains the industry’s most comprehensive list of device libraries – dramatically reducing setup and test time for performance interoperability testing.

Azimuth DIRECTOR™ Test Executive Software runs on Azimuth’s ACE™ 400NB Channel Emulator, ADEPT-WFA and W-Series test systems to fully manage and automate tests run on those systems. DIRECTOR™ Test Executive can also be integrated with the STUDIO™ Test Data Management System to leverage the test result correlation and reporting capabilities of STUDIO™.
